The 550mm four-roll copper foil rolling electro-hydraulic system adopts a full hydraulic AGC system, and the finished product precision can reach 0.05±0.002mm. The transmission system uses the SiemensT400 constant tension adjustment control system. PLC process automation, transmission system and AGC are built on the H1 network to realize self-learning of the rolling process, automatic transfer, automatic speed reduction and accurate parking.
