1.    CCD Width Sensor Principle

Charge Couple Device (CCD) is widely used to measure the size and displacement of an object. The metal plate movement with the non-contact precision line width measurement, using parallel light source and the measured object projection in CCD image sensor, CCD image sensor output signal after binarization processing, then the data is collected by SCM and signal processing, pixel analysis and measured object size is proportional to the value of. The actual width of the measured plate band is obtained by the calibration.
