The 650mm four hi copper rolling mill designed and produced by our company smoothly put into production! The mill uses hydraulic screwdown, positive and negative bending  and other adjustment means. The drive control system uses the Siemens 6RA80 DC speed control device to realize speed and tension control, and the basic automation and AGC system are based on the Siemens PLC to complete the equipment automation control. The system has good stability and high reliability. The mill management system has the functions of roll management, rolling specification, report management, online monitoring and remote diagnosis and analysis.
