The copper-nickel composite belt straightening unit developed by our company is a complex and comprehensive control equipment integrating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic requirements. The unit itself requires high machining precision, high installation accuracy, high control precision such as tension, elongation and crown. Starting from the shape characteristics of copper-nickel bimetal, the unit optimizes the design of multi-roller straightening and straightening units and corresponding control strategies to finally solve the special shape defects of copper-nickel bimetal composites. The project has passed the unanimous approval and acceptance of the Shenzhen Municipal Government Science and Technology Bureau and customers.
